One shared standard.
Individual expertise.
Create a consistent consultation approach across a salon team, with approved accounts and private records for each stylist.
Professional from $24 / month. Stylist approval required.

Agree on the questions, preserve the individual eye.
A team can share a consultation standard without producing identical recommendations. Agree on the context every guest should be asked about: history, references, goals, budget and maintenance. Each professional can then interpret that information through their own assessment.
Train the process as well as the software.
Walk through a fictional new guest together. Practise explaining the service direction and identifying what belongs in private notes versus the client-facing plan. IN CHAIR provides the structure; your team decides how consistently it becomes part of the appointment.
Be clear about account boundaries.
Salon membership brings seat management together for the owner. Each stylist uses a private approved account. Do not plan a rollout that depends on owners reading everyone’s records, because membership administration does not provide that access.

A little clarity.
Is there a shared client database for the owner?
Salon seat management does not grant the owner access to each stylist’s client records. Plan your team workflow around individual private accounts.
Can we add seats?
The Salon plan includes five approved stylists and supports paid additional seats up to fifty.
Can stylists keep their own service prices?
Each stylist sets service pricing within their own workflow.
